RS 4:174 - Residence of employees of operator of racing meeting Eighty per cent of all employees of any person conducting a racing meeting under the provisions of this Part and operating under permits and supervision of the commission, excluding jockeys and judges, shall be citizens of Louisiana of five years residence and domicile.
