RS 4:220 - Transmission of wagers All wagers accepted by an offtrack wagering facility shall be transmitted to the host track conducting the race upon which the wager is made, for inclusion in that track's appropriate pari-mutuel pool. Inclusion in such pools is for the purpose of calculating payoffs to bettors and breeders' awards, and the provisions of Part I of this Chapter shall in no way apply. Acts 1987, No. 203, §1, eff.
