RS 4:364 - Refusal to comply; punishment Whenever the owner of a dance hall refuses to comply with the provisions of this Chapter, he shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than one hundred dollars, and imprisoned for not less than thirty days, for each violation.
