RS 4:78 - Seconds No contestant shall have more than three seconds in his corner, and these seconds shall be required to remain in their corners. For the use of the seconds small stools or chairs shall be provided by the club. For any reason deemed to be sufficient by the commission, and made public, the commission may refuse permission to any individual to act as second. Acts 1974, No. 553, §1.
