RS 40:1049.7 - Board of pharmacy access to information The Department of Public Safety and Corrections, office of state police, shall provide access to the information regarding the sale of products containing ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or phenylpropanolamine as authorized by the provisions of this Part to the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy.
