RS 40:1049.9 - Licensed practitioner with prescriptive authority exempted A health care practitioner with prescriptive authority who is licensed in the state of Louisiana shall be exempt from the requirements of the provisions of this Part in dispensing any product containing ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or phenylpropanolamine to his patient.
