RS 40:1060.15 - Obtaining legend drugs by misrepresentation or fraud; penalties A. It shall be unlawful for any person knowingly or intentionally to acquire or obtain possession of a legend drug by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deception or subterfuge. B. Any person who violates the provisions of this Section shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars, imprisoned for not more than six months, or both.
