RS 40:1079.17 - Authorized resources A school or facility may solicit and use any available state, federal, or private resources, which may include but shall not be limited to funds, in-kind resources, or volunteer services, for the purpose of providing preventive counseling services or treatment for alcohol or drug abuse.
