RS 40:1113.7 - Autologous donations The provisions of this Part shall not be construed or interpreted to prohibit or exclude autologous donations or preparation, handling and storage of autologous donations of blood, blood products, body tissue, or body fluids for the intended purpose of transfusions or reimplantation into the original donor.
