RS 40:1121.4 - Examination of persons suspected of being infected The Louisiana Department of Health, hereinafter referred to as the 'department,' through an authorized medical representative appointed for that purpose, may give a physical examination to any person suspected of being infected with a venereal disease. The examination shall be given under conditions thought reasonable by the department. No person shall fail or refuse to submit to this examination. Amended by Acts 1978, No. 786, §5, eff.
