RS 40:1211.2 - Notification of results A. Each patient shall be given the opportunity to name a physician to receive the results of any screening mammogram performed without the direction by prescription of a licensed practitioner. B. The report of results mailed to the patient and to any physician named pursuant to Subsection A of this Section shall clearly state whether the need for any follow-up care is indicated by the mammogram.
