RS 40:1248.10 - Eligibility of funds for federal match; conformance with requirements of federal Medicaid agency To the extent that any provision of this Subpart or procedure established in accordance with this Subpart causes a local hospital assessment payment authorized by this Subpart to be ineligible for federal matching funds, the parish may provide by rule for an alternative provision or procedure that conforms to the requirements of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
