RS 40:1265.2 - Private markets; inspection and operation The Louisiana Department of Health shall regulate the inspection and operation of all private markets outside of the market zones. It shall provide general regulations for the operation of these private markets, including rules affecting their cleanliness and the wholesomeness of the goods offered for sale therein.
