RS 40:1322.1 - Transfer of recalled and revoked motor vehicle titles A. No person shall intentionally transfer or assign a certificate of title for a motor vehicle if the person knows that the certificate of title has been recalled and revoked pursuant to R.S. 40:1322. B. Whoever violates the provisions of this Section shall be imprisoned for not more than six months, or fined not more than five hundred dollars, or both. Acts 1998, 1st Ex. Sess., No. 44, §1.
