RS 40:1390 - Resisting arrest and interference with officers; penalty Any person who resists arrest by any officer or agent of the division or who interferes with or obstructs the head of the division or any officer or agent thereof in the lawful performance of any duty imposed on him by this Sub-part or any duty assigned to him under authority of this Sub-part shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than one hundred dollars or imprisoned for not less than thirty days nor more than six months, or both.
