RS 40:1472.14 - Injunction In addition to the penalties and other enforcement provisions of this Part, if a person is engaged in any of the businesses covered by this Part or any rule or regulation adopted or promulgated in pursuance thereto, the deputy secretary is authorized to resort to proceedings for injunction in the district court of the parish where such person shall reside or have his or its principal place of business, and therein apply for such temporary and permanent orders as the deputy secretary may deem necessary to restrain such person from engaging in any such businesses until such person shall have complied with the provisions of this Part and such rules and regulations.
