RS 40:1485.8 - Criminal penalty If a person willfully violates any provision of this Subpart, the person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction of the first offense, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed twenty-five dollars and for subsequent convictions, up to one hundred dollars.
