RS 40:1563.3 - Restriction on the use of the titles 'fire marshal' and 'deputy fire marshal' No employee of any department, division, or agency of the state or any municipality, parish, or other political subdivision of the state except employees of the office of state fire marshal, code enforcement and building safety, Department of Public Safety and Corrections, shall use or allow to be used the title of 'fire marshal' or 'deputy fire marshal'.
