RS 40:1730.28.3 - Authority of the Louisiana Department of Health Nothing in this Part or any provision adopted pursuant to this Part shall prohibit the Louisiana Department of Health from the following: (1) Regulating stored water temperatures through enforcement of the Sanitary Code.
