RS 40:1730.42 - Definitions (1) 'Historic buildings' means those buildings specifically designated as historically significant by the state historic preservation officer or by official action of a local government. (2) 'International Energy Conservation Code' means the document developed by the International Code Council, Inc., entitled 'International Energy Conservation Code', also referred to as 'IECC'.
