RS 40:1749.25 - Department of Transportation and Development; compliance Department of Transportation and Development right-of-way permit procedures, as promulgated in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act and set forth in Title 70 of the Louisiana Administrative Code, constitute compliance with the provisions of this Part only insofar as this Part imposes upon the Department of Transportation and Development the duties of a regional notification center or operator.
