RS 40:1853.1 - Access to automatic fuel dispensing device; safety requirement A. The use of self-service, coin-operated, credit card, or any other pump-activating automatic fuel dispensing device at any retail station may be accessed by the general public. B. A dealer shall post at each dispenser step-by-step operating instructions readily visible to the operator during transfer operations. C. The Liquified Petroleum Gas Commission shall promulgate and adopt rules and regulations, in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, providing education and instruction on the safe operation and use of automatic fuel dispensing devices.
