RS 40:2009.43 - Culinary therapy authorized Notwithstanding any contrary provision of law, rule, or regulation of any department or agency, or any local ordinance or code, licensed nursing homes or long-term care facilities may provide culinary therapy as part of a planned patient activity program for residents of said facilities.
