RS 40:2106 - Confidential nature of financial information and financial records Notwithstanding the provisions of the Public Records Act, financial information and financial records received by the department under the provisions of this Part shall be held confidential and shall not be disclosed except when subpoenaed in a proceeding for the revocation, suspension, or denial of a license.
