RS 40:2111 - Penalty for violation specified Any person establishing, conducting, managing, or operating any hospital without a license under this Part shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars for the first offense and not more than two hundred dollars for each subsequent offense, and each day of a continuing violation after conviction shall be considered a separate offense. The district attorneys of the several parishes shall represent the State in proceedings under this Part in their respective parishes. Added by Acts 1961, No. 90, §1.
