RS 40:2115.21 - Excluded acquisitions Any acquisition of a hospital before September 1, 1997, and any acquisition of a hospital which has been finally approved before January 1, 1998, according to any procedure in effect prior to the procedures set forth in this Subpart, shall not be subject to the provisions of this Subpart.
