RS 40:2115.23 - Authority for regulation The attorney general may adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act to implement this Subpart and to contract with and provide reasonable reimbursement to qualified persons to assist in determining criteria set forth in R.S. 40:2115.17 and 2115.18.
