RS 40:2117.3 - Term of license; renewal fee; display; transfer A. A license shall be for a term of one year and shall expire on the date shown on the license, unless otherwise revoked, and shall be renewed annually. B. All applications for renewal shall be accompanied by a renewal fee. Such renewal fee shall be in an amount as provided in R.S. 40:2006(A)(1). C. The license shall be displayed in a conspicuous place inside the ESRD facility at all times. D. A license shall be valid only in the hands of the person or entity to whom it is issued and shall not be subject to sale, assignment, or other transfer, voluntary or involuntary, nor shall a license be valid for any premises other than those for which it is issued.
