RS 40:2117.6 - Right of inspection by department; records; reports A. Every ESRD facility shall be open at all reasonable times to inspection by the department. B. Every licensee shall keep such records and make such reports as the department shall prescribe, and all such records shall be open to inspection by the department. Acts 1999, No. 650, §1, eff.
