RS 40:2120.14 - Licensure required The department shall license nurse staffing agencies in accordance with this Part. No person, partnership, corporation, unincorporated association, or other legal entity may establish, operate, maintain, or advertise as a nurse staffing agency in this state unless the person, partnership, corporation, unincorporated association, or other legal entity is licensed by the department in accordance with this Part.
