RS 40:2160 - Right of inspection by department; records; reports A. Every behavioral health services provider that has applied for a license or that is licensed pursuant to this Part shall be open at all reasonable times for inspection by the department, the state fire marshal, municipal boards of health, and any other authorized governmental entity. B. Every licensee shall keep all records and make all reports as the department shall prescribe, and all records shall be open to inspection by the department or other authorized governmental entity.
