RS 40:2195.4 - Rules and regulations The Louisiana Department of Health shall promulgate, in accordance with provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, rules and regulations necessary to implement the community-based and rural health care program. The rules and regulations promulgated by the department shall establish criteria and priorities for granting funds authorized by this Part. Acts 1991, No. 394, §1.
