RS 40:2254.12 - Fees The department shall establish by rule fees to accompany filing an application for a certificate of public advantage and for the report required in R.S. 40:2254.11. The fees shall be reasonably related to the costs of the department in considering applications, evaluating reports, and performing other duties necessary to administer this Part. The costs may include the retention of accounting, technical, and legal assistance that the department considers necessary to process the applications and reports. The department shall maintain records sufficient to support the fees charged under this Section. Acts 1997, No. 1331, §1.
