RS 40:2255.1 - Definitions As used in this Part, the following words have the following meanings unless the context indicates otherwise: (1) 'Prescription drug' means a drug as defined in 21 U.S.C. 321. (2) 'Prescription drug marketing' means to provide educational or marketing information or materials regarding a prescription drug in any form including but not limited to all of the following: (a) Face-to-face meetings. (b) Physical mailings. (c) Telephone conversations. (d) Electronic mail or facsimile. Acts 2017, No. 220, §1.
