RS 40:2266.4 - Scope; cumulative authority The provisions of this chapter are optional and supplementary, they are not intended to repeal or supersede any act presently in force or hereafter enacted relative to criminalistics laboratory commissions and the provisions of such other legislative acts, particularly Act 124 of 1971, are continued and shall remain in full effect; and, therefore, the provisions of this act shall be construed to be cumulative authority for the exercise of the powers herein granted.
