RS 40:2709 - Compliance with federal and state law A tanning device used by a tanning facility shall comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations. Except as otherwise ordered or approved by the department, each tanning facility shall be constructed, operated, and maintained in accordance with the requirements of R.S. 40:2710 through 2714.
