RS 40:399 - Continuation of operations after commenced Any housing development established by a housing authority pursuant to law shall continue to be maintained and operated by the housing authority so establishing the development or its designee unless the development is conveyed to another housing authority or to a municipality, parish, or other public agency or is otherwise disposed of in accordance with law.
