RS 40:401.1 - Housing authority of the parish of St. Landry; commissioners In the parish of St. Landry, the board of commissioners shall be composed of no more than six members. A majority of the commissioners shall constitute a quorum of the authority for the purpose of conducting its business and exercising its power and for all other purposes. Acts 2006, No. 547, §1, eff.
