RS 40:413 - Increasing area of operation The area of operation of a regional or consolidated housing authority shall be increased from time to time to include one or more additional parishes or municipalities not already within a regional or consolidated housing authority and, in the case of parishes, in the same general geographical location, if the governing body of each of the parishes or municipalities then included in the area of operation of the regional or consolidated housing authority, the commissioners of the authority, and the governing body of each such additional parish or municipality adopts a resolution declaring that there is a need for the inclusion of the additional parish or municipality in the area of operation of the regional or consolidated housing authority.
