RS 40:456 - Security of persons and property A local housing authority may: (1) Construct and operate facilities and programs to provide services of every kind and description, directly or by contract or agreement with others, for the maintenance of safety and security and the protection of persons and property at or near the authority's developments. (2) Make, impose, and enforce rules and regulations for such purposes. (3) Eject from such developments or other authority property, persons engaging in criminal activity and other unauthorized persons. (4) Obtain injunctions, sanctions, and other legal relief for the temporary or permanent exclusion of such persons, as authorized in R.S. 40:510.
