RS 40:460 - Benefit plans A local housing authority by itself, or in cooperation with others, including participation in a group or groups, may form, administer, operate, and purchase funds or plans, including but not limited to health care, health insurance, retirement or pension, and other plans, for the benefit of employees of the local housing authority and their families.
