RS 40:5.5.1 - Food service establishments; self-service buffets A. All food services establishments shall provide a sign posted at the location of the self-service buffet which encourages individuals to wash their hands prior to serving themselves. B. Any violation of this Section shall be a violation of the state's Sanitary Code. C. The Louisiana Department of Health shall prescribe and publish minimum standards, rules, and regulations as necessary to effectuate the provisions of this Section. D. For purposes of this Section 'food service establishment' shall have the same meaning as provided for in R.S. 40:5.5. Acts 2006, No. 384, §1.
