RS 40:517 - Mandatory indemnification Notwithstanding that a housing authority has failed or refused to agree to indemnify a representative, it shall indemnify any representative against reasonable expenses incurred by him in connection with any proceeding if the representative is wholly successful, on the merits, in the defense of the proceeding to which he was a party because he was a representative of the housing authority.
