RS 40:525 - Local authority planning participation With respect to matters relating to the purposes of this Chapter, each municipality or parish or regional planning body of this state shall, in its planning processes, take into account all recommendations of local housing authorities formed by such municipality or parish, or by the municipalities and parishes affected by the actions of such regional planning body.
