RS 40:538 - Validity of actions of board of commissioners No action taken by the commissioners of an authority shall be invalid because of the ineligibility of any commissioner to serve in such capacity. All actions taken by a board of commissioners shall be presumed valid unless otherwise shown by clear and convincing evidence. Acts 1997, No. 1188, §1.
