RS 40:544 - Dissolution of regional and consolidated housing authorities A regional or consolidated housing authority desiring to dissolve may do so in the same manner as provided in R.S. 40:542, provided that consent of all participating municipalities and parishes shall be required and the transfer of property and assets of the regional or consolidated housing authority upon dissolution may be effected either to a single transferee or to multiple transferees, as the authority shall determine, subject to approval by the participating political subdivisions.
