RS 40:576 - Agreements on taxes due by housing authority; East Baton Rouge Parish excepted In connection with any housing development located wholly or partly within the area in which it is authorized to act, any state public body, except in East Baton Rouge Parish, may agree with a housing authority or the federal government that a certain sum be paid by the authority in lieu of taxes for any year or period of years or that no taxes be paid it by the authority for any year or years on the property included in the development.
