RS 40:600.68 - Dissolution of the Road Home Corporation; title to property to vest in successor Upon dissolution of the Road Home Corporation, title to all property owned by the Road Home Corporation shall vest in the successor corporation created by the legislature, if any. If no such successor corporation is so created, title to such property shall vest in the state of Louisiana. Acts 2006, No. 654, §1, eff. June 29, 2006.
