RS 40:614 - Suspension of permit; reinstatement Upon notice to the permittee, the secretary of the department may suspend immediately any permit issued under authority of R.S. 40:612 if it is found that any of the conditions of the permit have been violated. The holder of a permit so suspended may apply at any time for its reinstatement. After a prompt hearing and an inspection of the establishment, the department shall immediately reinstate the permit if it is found that adequate measures have been taken to comply with and maintain the conditions of the permit, as originally issued or as amended.
