RS 40:615 - Inspection of permittee's establishment; denial of access Any officer or employee duly designated by the department has access to any factory or establishment, the operator of which holds a permit from the department, for the purpose of ascertaining whether or not the conditions of the permit are being complied with. Denial of access for this inspection is grounds for suspension of the permit until the access is freely given by the operator. Amended by Acts 1978, No. 786, §5, eff. July 17, 1978.
